Tagged, unworn, indoor-tried dresses and tops. Unhemmed bottoms. Clean jackets.
What stays
Laundry, street wear, odor, makeup, final sale, late.
The refund
Same card, 5–10 business days after Coram intake. Return postage yours unless our fault.
Coram house intake
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, the product name as it appears on morganoutfit.shop (for example a jersey dress or a knit top), the size, and photos if the piece arrived damaged or defective. We reply with an RMA number and the return address at 31 FELWAY DR, CORAM, NY 11727.
Do not mail a parcel without that RMA. Unmarked bags sit unopened and delay the refund. We do not accept drop-offs at a third-party locker unless the RMA says so.
House try-on
Try a jersey dress or a knit top indoors on a clean floor. Leave hang tags and size stickers on until you are sure. Eligible returns are unworn, unwashed, unhemmed dresses, tops, and layers with tags. Include the packing slip if you still have it.
This is an apparel shop. We inspect collars, underarms, hems, zippers, and buttons. Makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, and perfume fail intake.
House refusals
- Washed, tumbled, ironed, or worn outdoors
- Cut labels, missing tags, or pieces that smell of smoke, perfume, or pets
- Deodorant or makeup on collars and necklines
- Items marked final sale on the product page
- Change-of-mind after day 30, except a manufacturing defect
RMA from Felway
The RMA is a number, not a prepaid label unless we shipped the wrong SKU or a defect. Write it on the paper inside the bag. Returns without the number are not in our queue.
Defect postage
A manufacturing defect is an open seam, broken zipper, hole, or stain present on arrival. Photograph the defect and the packing slip within 7 days of delivery. We replace a jersey dress or a knit top if the same style is in stock, or we refund it, and we cover return postage on a confirmed defect. You pay return postage on a change of mind.
Refund in New York
We inspect in the order parcels arrive at 31 FELWAY DR, CORAM, NY 11727. If the piece meets the unused/tag rule, we refund the merchandise to the original credit card, usually 5–10 business days after the intake scan. Banks may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card, to cash, or to a third-party wallet.
Outbound U.S. shipping was already free ($0.00). There is no shipping refund on a change-of-mind return.
No house swap
We do not run a same-ticket size swap in one shipment. Return the first piece under this policy, then place a new order for the size you want if it is still listed.
Final sale in the house
Final-sale lines are marked on the product page before you pay. Those pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Defects on final-sale pieces are still covered as defects.
